Palmerston is a cat who is the feline relations consultant to the Governor of Bermuda and was formerly the resident Chief Mouser of the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) at Whitehall in London. He is a black-and-white bicolour cat and has held his role since 4 February 2025.
