When I signed back into the Surface Pro, the colors and *one* of the Surface Laptop's background pictures had synced; the other pictures in my wallpaper slideshow had *not* synced, however.

I have this same problem on my intel surface laptop 3. Under "human interface devices" disable "surface color profile" in device manager, then reboot and use calibration software and a colorimeter (like an i1d3) to generate a large 3d lut profile for use in color critical applications. each surface display is factory calibrated, and until microsoft fixes their inexcusably lazy color management ...

Jul 30, 2022 · Today I logged on and after working a bit i realized the background wallpaper has changed to a pic displaying the logo of a competing computer company. I haven't ever seen this wallpaper and I don't recall it ever being in the library of pictures. It clearly displays the "HP" logo on a very generic looking wallpaper. I'll include a screenshot.

When my surface is in tablet mode it just has a black background, but when I put it in desktop mode my wallpaper appears like normally. It's really getting on my nerves as I mostly use my surface in tablet mode.

Apr 5, 2016 · The native aspect ratio for 35 mm photography is 3:2. Being able to see and work with my full frame photos at native 3:2 resolution on my Surface Book 3:2 3000 x 2000 screen is absolutely incredible. All of the applications I use scale to 3000 x 2000 beautifully. Having the additional real-estate of 3:2 for all my applications is truly liberating.
