‘Planetary parade’ will see six planets align in rare spectacle
On Friday 17 January and Saturday 18 January, six planets will line up in the night sky, in an event that some astronomers refer to as a planetary parade. Mars, Jupiter, Neptune, Saturn, Uranus and Venus will appear together in a row, although Neptune and Uranus will only be visible with binoculars or a telescope.

(Web Desk) - Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (Suparco) has said people will be able to see the “Parade of the Planets,” a celestial spectacle in which four or more planets will line up in the sky, from the naked eye beginning from the last week of January till mid-February.

The BBC reports that the six planets are already visible in the night sky, with one more bonus planet (Mercury) joining the six in late February. As always, there is a caveat and you'll need a clear night sky to properly see the planetary parade, so it's best to escape the city lights and get out into the countryside.
