Elden Ring Nightreign could be the perfect venue for FromSoftware to lean into its more heavily despised boss design elements.

Registrations will start on January 10, with no end date. There's also no date when the test will begin or what'll be in it. The only info shared by Bandai Namco states, "The network test is a preliminary verification test in which the selected testers play a portion of the game prior to the full game launch."

Bandai Namco and Fromsoftware have announced that the Elden Ring Nightreign Closed Network Test sign-ups have started.

Elden Ring Nightreign's bosses are expected to be difficult, but the game's reliance on cooperative gameplay could challenge those expectations.

Nightreign still doesn’t have a release date, but its first online playtests do. FromSoftware has revealed times for when players can get their hands on the upcoming multiplayer spin-off, and signups for the free network tests on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S are now underway.
