In addition to freezing fog, there is a high likelihood of black ice on roads overnight into Saturday morning, according to the National Weather Service.

Much of North Texas is also under a freezing fog advisory through 9 a.m. Saturday, according to the NWS. Conditions are then expected to improve later in the morning, as the fog starts to clear and the temperatures rise, meteorologists say.
