An 18-year-old was shot in Indianapolis and is in stable condition; the motive is unclear and IMPD is investigating.

Trinity Shockley, 18, was arrested following an FBI tip, where investigators said she planned to use an AR-15 to shoot up Mooresville High School southwest of Indianapolis.

The suspect was grieving the death of their mother, bullied at school after being hit by a drunk driver and became fixated by mass shooters, police said.
