A woman in Wisconsin was cited after police say her 10 dogs bit people at a gas station. Police in Madison were called to a Kwik Trip on Feb. 3 at about 6:30 p.m. for a report of loose dogs. Ten dogs were loose at the gas station, biting people, police said.

One person was struck with 15 municipal citations and a criminal offense referral in Wisconsin stemming from responsibility for 10 dogs that were loose and biting people. According to the Madison Police Department,
