UPDATE: Bystanders flipped car, tried to save Venice woman in Circus Bridge water crash
Bystanders and emergency personnel rushed to help the woman and flipped the car right side up. Fire rescue, police and civilians were able to extricate the woman after breaking a window, but a team of EMTs pronounced the woman dead after attempting 20 minutes of life-saving efforts.
